Recreational Classes

18 months - 2 years

(boys & girls)

Mom & Me

Mom & Me classes are fun and parent-interactive! During this 50 minute class, your child will be navigating obstacle courses, working on hand-eye coordination, and gaining strength and basics for fundamental gymnastics skills. 

5 years (girls only)

Super Tots

Super Tots is the next step up from Tiny Tots for your little gymnast! This 55 minute girls-only class works on coordination, strength, and basic skill based training on the events, such as vault, bars, low/medium beam, floor, and trampoline.

6 - 17 years (girls only)

Advanced Beginners

Advanced Beginners will follow the skill progression of our JO Compulsory Teams. In this 55 minute class, gymnasts will begin to put more advanced skills together and continue to build their strength in order to reach their individual goals on all of the events!

6 - 17 years (boys & girls)

Ninja

Ninja classes are a high-energy, fun, fitness class full of agility, obstacle courses, and strength-building games and contests. 

3 - 4 years (boys & girls)

Tiny Tots

Tiny Tots is an independently attended class for your 3 and 4 year olds. This 55 minute class works on coordination, strength, and the fundamentals of basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, low beam, floor, and trampoline. (Your child MUST be potty trained to attend this class.)

6 - 17 years (girls only)

Beginner Girls

Beginner Girls is a 55 minute class that includes fun, strength-building games and stations to help with skill progressions on vault, bars, low/medium/high beam, floor, and trampoline.

6 - 17 years (boys & girls)

Tumbling

Tumbling classes will range from the basics of tumbling to learning more advanced connections. This 55 minute class will utilize our floor, tumble track, and trampolines to teach gymnasts the fundamentals of tumbling.

GYMNASTICS ATTIRE

DOs

-Long or Short Sleeved Leotard/Unitard - NO tutus or attached skirts

-May wear tight compression shorts or leggings on top of leotard

-Hair pulled back and up

-Only jewelry permitted are stud earrings

-BOYS ONLY: tighter fitting t-shirt/tank top and athletic shorts - NO buttons or zippers

-NINJA CLASS ONLY: running shoes (when needed)

DON'Ts

-NO loose t-shirts

-NO loose shorts/pants

-NO skirts

-NO socks

-NO shoes (besides Ninja class)

-NO jewelry/accessories (necklaces, rings, hoop/dangly earrings, bracelets, anklets, headbands, etc)

-FOR NINJA: NO flip flops, crocs, or sandals

GYM RULES

1. Gymnasts are not permitted in the gym without a coach or until class is called in.

2. Do not use any equipment or go into any other areas than what the coach has instructed.

3. No food, drinks, or gum inside the gym. Only WATER is permitted.

4. No running inside the building, unless the coach has instructed your gymnast to do so inside the gym.

5. Drop off and pick up MUST be in the lobby. No parking lot drop off or pick up.

6. Parents should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time, and 5-10 minutes before the end time of class. Please do not drop off your child early and pick up your child late. If you are running late, please call the front desk and we will have your child wait in the lobby until you arrive.
